By accessing or using Findall Pros, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

What Findall Pros Is

Findall Pros is a marketplace and directory platform that connects homeowners with licensed plumbing professionals. We facilitate introductions and information sharing between parties.

Findall Pros does not provide plumbing services directly. We do not employ plumbers, perform plumbing work, or act as a general contractor.

No Guarantee of Service Quality

Findall Pros does not guarantee:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by plumbers in our network
• The accuracy of information provided by plumbers
• That plumbers will respond to your requests
• That you will receive quotes or that quotes will meet your expectations
• The outcome or results of any plumbing work performed

You are responsible for verifying licenses, insurance, and qualifications of any plumber you choose to work with.

Independent Contractors

All plumbers in our network are independent contractors who operate their own businesses. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Findall Pros.

When you engage a plumber through our platform, you enter into a direct agreement with that plumber. Findall Pros is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the terms, performance, or outcomes of any work performed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findall Pros shall not be liable for:

• Any damages resulting from plumbing work performed by professionals in our network
• Property damage, personal injury, or financial loss related to services provided by plumbers
• Disputes between homeowners and plumbers
• Errors or omissions in information provided by plumbers
• Interruptions or errors in our platform

Your use of Findall Pros is at your own risk. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

User Responsibilities

When using Findall Pros, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not use the platform to harass, spam, or harm others
• Verify the credentials and qualifications of plumbers before engaging their services
• Enter into agreements directly with plumbers and handle all payments and disputes with them

Right to Modify Service

Findall Pros reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also change these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on Findall Pros, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Findall Pros or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
